This company (Accord Appliance Repair) is awful!!!!! They came out to look at my refrigerator under GE warranty. They say the part was the motherboard. Every week, I call them for status. After a month, finally I had it, call GE consumer affair, they will ship me the part next day.
Get this GE have 22,000 of these parts in stock! And Accord Appliance blame GE by saying its back order. I hope GE and all the other major brand names stop using them as warranty servicers or any business ties with them whatsoever because they misrepresent the Big Company, when in fact they are the ones that don't do the work.
