Accord Appliance Repair - Absolutely the WORST appliance repair people it has been my misfortune to encounter

These people are almost farcical in their incompetence. I have had an ongoing refrigerator problem since November; they came out again today (the 5th time, I believe)and the surly technician had yet another excuse why he couldn't complete the repair, this time essentially calling me a liar in the process.
The repair is contracted to a home warranty company, and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if they are scamming at my, and the home warranty company's, expense.
Suffice to say, if you value your time, and you require efficient repair of your appliance, DO NOT contact Accord Appliance Repair!
