Our experience with Lux Travel Group was horrible. We purchased the $65 Daily Save deal and made reservations for an 8 am San Diego pick up Saturday July 30, returning Monday August 1st. The bus was four hours late picking us up Saturday morning.... Read More »

Bad service. Not as advertised. No amenities as advertised. Bus breaks down. No other bus sent to pick up passengers. Passengers on their own to get to Las Vegas. No air conditioning. No communication with company. Messages left and no phone calls... Read More »
