I signed up for a 7 day trial .I attempted to cancel my membership as my husband and I decided not to rent a house and put it on hold.I went to their website signed in and in now way could find ANY information how to contact these peopl or even cancel my trial membership for the life of me.I then get charged 40 dollars on my bank unauthorized by myself. I dissputed the issue with my bank.They refunded me the money and then reversed the credit saying this company did have in very TINY letters and the VERY bottom of the page cancel and contact BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW IT IS THERE! Otherwise they charge your credit card and there is nothing you can do about it. After the dispute the bank says oh work it out with the IRENTTOOWN company I call them and get no where.they say because of my BANK dispute they can refund or charge my account so they get free 40 dollars for their decetive designed website.THIS is a SCAM and NO BODY SHOULD EVER check ANYTHING for you WILL NEVER get your money BACK for the life of you and the service stinks anyways.
