This company is a rip-off! They promised me a lot when wanting to take my money and told me I would not be required to pay a yearly template fee of $199.00. Yet, they continued to charge me every year even after I asked them not to! I paid over $2000.00 + to this company over several years and never got an order from their so called e-commerce website. Buyer beware! They say their policy is no refund, yet on the phone they say they will not charge extra money without approval. Well, they charged my card for $199.00 today without my approval! I have filled a complain with the BBB and am contacting my attorney. I should have stopped dealing with this company a long time ago but everything I got ready to cancel they would convince me to give the site more time. READ THE FINE PRINT of their web forms because apparently they are saying there are terms in the form that I never saw! Its a shame that companies cannot be honest with customers, especially in this tough economy!
When I asked to talk to a supervisor he told me he was it! Not true!!! Every company has a higher boss (unless your talking to the owner).
I would have given them 0stars but it made me choose at least 1. :-(
