EAutoTools - Don't deal with them
|
Basically I needed a couple of things in the way of air tools. After weeks of waiting for my order I called up looking for it. They told me it hadn't gone out yet. They looked further and couldn't figure out why as both items were in stock and in the same
warehouse. After waiting another week I called again and once again found out the order was not put together and again they couldn't figure out why. After finally receiving my order my one tool, an torque wrench, failed to work. I called to send it back, received
the mailing address and return number and sent it back. I also confirmed that the part would be replaced. Two weeks later I have still not received my replacement part. Not only that but I have been on the phone and online chat trying to find my order - all
to no avail. Seems that there is no system for checking in a computer to find things and that everything is done manually by means of phoning warehouses and emailing. Days go by and I'm on my fourth attempt now with EAutotools to find my replacement order.
I think I can just kiss my money goodbye.
