this company has provided one of, if not the worst experiences i have ever had buying something online.
i placed an order in the beginning of march, it is now the beginning of july. i have yet to receive my order.
i tried contacting the company many times both via email and telephone. every single time i called i was forwarded to a voicemail. it took about a month of persistance before i finally got a reply, simply stating the the item i ordered was back ordered, and i could either wait or ask for a refund.
when i heard this i asked how long they estimated until their stock was replenished. they then said that it would be just a few weeks.... so i waited. as i said above, it is now july (4 months later) and i have yet to receive anything.
i have tried writing emails and calling more times than i'd care to mention. suffice to say that this is a terrible establishment and i cannot speak against this company strongly enough.
simply terrible.
there should be a negative star rating because giving them 1 star was far too generous.
