I have been trying to do a loan modification through William D Goodrich for over a year. The most heard from them is when they were trying to collect money. After that......barely anything. I started emailing and calling every day or every other day and the attorney assistant magically went on medical leave and now his extension is no longer valid. I try calling the processor, never ever never ever calls back. And now she is on medical leave and the people say someone will returns my calls and nothing. I contacted my mortgage company and they told me I am better off doing the loan modification on my own and they have rarely heard from William D Goodrich services. I am currently trying to get my money back, I paid $2600 and it was everything I had in savings. I still can't get a hold or talk with anyone and am so fed up with the situation. Anyone have any advise?
