Bought a 32" lcd that lasted as long as my 3 year olds attention span. If you dont have a receipt, your screwed , regardless if you registered product with them. They have poor customer quality and even worse customer support. I would never buy this brand TV again even if there product was half price of other compatible products. Just not worth the headache, and your gonna have to replace it within 3 years anyway. Hopefully your reading this before you made the same mistake as the hundreds of other who got nothing resolved by making complaints, just to get insulted this companies lack of interest in helping you.
