We purchased a westinghouse 32" TV, after having the TV for 8 or 9 months, it died. By registering the TV with Westinghouse's warranty, and not being told we needed to keep the receipt, we didn't, to find out later that the warranty was void if we didn't have the receipt, and even if from a timeline we could prove we didn't have the TV for 1 full year, it didn't matter to them. After emailing and calling several times and asking to speak to a manger, we still couldn't get resolve, and filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no resolve and out $650 +.

Don't buy one, they are junk and they don't stand behind them, give you canned responses to email or phone calls and won't let you talk to anyone who can make a decision on giving you your money back or even a partial settlement. When times are getting tougher, don't spend your money here. Spend a little more and get a better brand of TV...we have a Salvania that has been working for 15 years +...not sure if the same company still makes those or not, also have a Magnovox that has been running for years...don't buy a Westinghouse TV.
