The wait time is rediculious. Some tellers are completly cluless and the turnover is horrific. I guess that is why they are clueless. They have got 6 teller windows in the lobby and only two are ever open. I do not feel that they value my time or my busy schedule and I feel like they are always trying to sell me something. I'm sure they get something out of it. Makes me think, is this a company I want to do business with? Am I a valued customer or another sale?
