One of the dryers WASH installed at our properties continuously breaks down. Over the last five months the same dryer has broken down a dozen times. In fact, every time it breaks down it's for the same reason (component failure for the exact same part - a mechanical timer). The technician installs a new timer and then the next week it breaks down again. I've asked WASH to install a newer dryer at our location but they refuse, and claim that there's nothing wrong with the existing dryer. HUH? Same dryer breaks down every week for the same reason even when new parts are installed and nothing seems wrong with that?
Furthermore, don't believe the claims that WASH will clean out the dryer vents every year. Their own technician pulled out a giant lint clog the size of a watermelon from the inside of a dryer and admitted to me that it looked as if no one had been cleaning the dryer for years.
If you're a landlord or property management company stay away from signing a contract with WASH. They do offer a 6 month cancellation option, but things usually start breaking down after the cancellation option expires - then you're stuck with em for another 5 years.
