Great company; I had gone to several other local carpet dealers and found the same 'sales pitch'. Alex took the time to help me, explain the differences in carpets, quality and durability. He understood that I wanted to be completely informed before making such a large monetary investment. He continued to help me through the decision process until I was comfortable with my decision.
His installers were aces! They took painstaking time to install the carpet perfectly! Not a very large job, but they took nearly all day to complete and even re-did an area they were not pleased with. The installers were very polite and respectful of me and my home.
I would definitely recommend Warner Carpets and will use this company again for future carpeting needs.
