I wish to file a formal complaint against the store located on Towne Center Drive in Foothill Ranch, California. I went to return a bicycle chain WITH MY RECEIPT and the store clerk BARBARA refused to refund my money. She stated and I quote, "FOR ALL I KNOW, YOU COULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS IN GOODWILL". talking down to me like I was homeless piece of garbage and trying to return something there without a receipt. I then attempted to find the chain and when I return to customer service, the so called store manager (she told me she was the store manager) short girl with black hair ran in front of my handicapped scooter, stating to me, "are you going to run me over in that thing", "your still going, your going to run me over" sarcastically., then when I went to go into my car, I rolled my window down when I was leaving the parking lot, and told her she was extremely rude to me when a tall black man by the name of Elton told me to keep driving, get the f out of here before he does something, THEN we got out of the car and he threatened my friend as well. He said and I quote, "don't make me go into my car and get my gun", he then confronted my friend and was a hair away from assaulting him. He kept pushing against my friend saying, "go ahead mother f'er, make the first move" then after they all threatened us, the employees threatened to call the police ON US! I spend a LOT of money in this Wal-Mart and everytime I go into this store someone has something smart to say. I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well just to make sure this experience is on record and will NEVER go to this store again, in other words, you lost a good customer as a result of this experience.
