I have been a member of ergsurvey.com for over a year now. Mid-last year, I requested a cashout and received it in a timely manner. Also, if I had questions about a survey being in 'pending' sstatus, they were right on it with a response and solution. *****Now, in 2010,***** I am having major issues with this company. I have contacted them 5 times in regards to 2 surveys that have been in pending status since February - all to no avail. I still have yet to receive a response. I also requested a payment on April 1st, and as of today, April 30th, it still hasn't been 'approved'. Personally, I don't see why it has to be approved, as they won't even let you cash out until all the surveys have been approved and you have met the cash out threshold.
