Is anyone else looking to sue them?
Don't ever do business with this company! I kind of signed up for their service because they talked up the service on the phone, but they did not give disclosure and started stealing money from my bank account immediately even though I never used their service. I did not use the service, and I did not cancel, but they took a $499 "cancellation fee" from my account forcing the account to close. I requested a copy of the contract, and they sent me a 30-40 page printed "contract" with fine print. I have taken this to a lawyer, but they don't seem interested.

this allegation is an outright lie and deception. Everything was clearly disclosed to this merchant BEFORE she signed all the paperwork and she agreed to everything. Her last statement sums it up perfectly...a lawyer will not take the case because nothing illegal was done. everything is on the up and up and this merchant is just having buyers remorse and is trying to disparage an honest and first right business.
