I would defiantly not recommend UPS to any one wanting to ship fragile items such as art,antiques or electronics. They broke A hard drive that I ordered from New egg. Which to this day they have not reimbursed me for the cost shipment it back to neweggs' return center in Wittier,ca at a cost of almost eighteen dollars out of pocket, plus the cost of down computer down time. I know a former Ups employee who has on many occasions told me that he him self has seen shift supervisors dropkick and through packages into the back of company vehicles, upon haring this story I nearly threw up.
