victor seems nice, he is not expensive, but does not do a good job, very old flowers, and he lies, for my wedding he gave ugly centerpieces and not the way we discuss they were going to be, the flowers for the church were old and almost death, my bouquet was horribleeeeee, it ruin my expensive and beautiful dress, i cant even look at the pictures becase that bouquet was very ugly and big, he made me a proof of the bouquet couple of months before the wedding and it was nice, but he gave me a complete different one the day of my wedding, dont take this vendor!!!!!!! bad choice,
