I ordered a Continuous ink System from this company.
After I paid, the money was withdrawn from my account the very next day.
After 10 days of not hearing from them, I tried to get a shipping date: their phone is not answered by anyone, they do not answer emails or chats.
They process their payment through 2checkout.com, I contacted 2checkout to complain, they sent an email to ultragamut to get a response, after two days I received an email notifying me of the shipment and they provided a USPS priority mail tracking#.
After waiting for 5 days, I called USPS and they told me that they have been notified electronically but no package was ever shipped.
I called 2checkout.com and I was told to contact ultragamut to resolve the issue.
As far as I am concerned, both companies are not very serious, this looks like fraud to me....
