Before making this large of a purchase over the phone, I requested a couple references. The reference I contacted had purchased the same stepper I was looking at and had nothing but good things to say about USA Fitness. So I purchased the stepper, and my contact, Don Nel, has been very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout. When the stepper arrived, the power cord had gotten separated from the shipment somehow, and without hesitation, Don ordered a new one and had it shipped directly to my house. And as far as the stepper itself, they did an excellent job refurbishing the equipment, making it look and perform like new. I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the whole experience.
