This company has intentional stumbling block and delay tactics built into their return/refund process. They send an email with an RMA that tells you you will receive a Fedex shipping label for return in a "separate email". Then you call them after having NOT received it (if you remember; they hope you don't), and they tell you they will reinitiate a Fedex label (in other words, start all over again, taking another 24-48 hours) Meanwhile you still don't have a refund and haven't shipped it. Some people would simply ship it with the RMA at their own expense, hoping for proper accounting. But even in their stated policies they say the refund "Credit can take up to 4 weeks from the date your return is received", which is a clear pay delay tactic and unacceptable in this electronic age, when your payment was immediate but the refund is not, even if on a credit card. Their explanation is that "you are not the only customer" and the process as quickly as possible (which is a lie). It simply means their is a built in permanent delay, that could either be caught up by existing personnel or they need to hire the necessary staff to handle things in an acceptable manner. I have yet to receive a shipping label email, after 3 reattempts, and I don't know if I ever will. If and when I do, I dread the delays which will likely follow. Sadly, this is a common practice by shortlived companies, who know that many people will simply give up or forget. Kind of like waiting for that rebate check. Did I ever get that? Or exercising a warranty; how often do people actual jump the hoops to get proper handling? This company is clearly NOT concerned about customer satisfaction at the least, and likely they are intentionally pumping up short term profits with otherwise unacceptable policies. Do NOT do business with them, thinking you are going to save $10 or 20 bucks unless your time and frustration are that worthless!
