I placed two orders from Turf Tractor. After 6 weeks, and being told my order would be shipped from the distributor within 7-10 days, numerous times, I never received notice that the orders were shipped. After another week(almost two months from original order date), I finally gave up and called them and asked if I could cancel my orders. They said yes, and I canceled my orders. I received full refund on my orders. They were very courteous on the phone. Except for not being able to fulfill my orders, I have no complaints, as they did the full refund.
