I haved been reading TruGreen complaints on consumeraffairs.com and the one review on this BBB site matches those. Still at the insistence of my gardner, I called local TruGreen office. Just like in other complaints the person talking to me on phone was somewhat rough (was eating while talking). He also confirmed that its a VERBAL contract (I can't imagine how a business can survive in this day and age with verbal contract and how can a customer agree for one)? When I wanted some more explanation as to why so many complaints and if single service can be done, he just hung up.
Now you figure !
