This company is selling a rotating cylinder brush curling iron. It is an ok item but not nearly worth the money they are charging for it. The customer service absolutely stinks. They are not forthcoming with info when they are trying to make a sale. Don't dare try to return the item, they come up with all sorts of charges for you. I was charged a finance charge for a payment plan that I agreed to pay if I kept the unit. The iron was returned in a timely fashion. I had to pay to have the item returned, which, ok, I'll swallow that. But to be charged for the item after they actually received it back in their warehouse is a no no....Then to be told by the rep that I would only receive a partial refund. I would not be refunded a Finance Charge that I was not even aware of is a bunch of crap. And to put the icing on the cake, I was transferred to TED the Supervisor who said, and I quote " you will not be refunded the finance charge, that is our policy. I tried to advise him that I was not informed of a fc and he then said, again I quote "you are not going to be refunded the fc, don't waste your breath, I am now ending this call, Goodbye." NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!
