I went online and requested quotes from auto transport companies. I received a phone call from Brandon who said he was a manager for Transport Services. Brandon assured me he was not a broker and told me he had a truck lined up that had open spots on it and it would be "no problem to pick up my truck". I had reservations and was assured by Brandon to "just let him show me how smoothly the process was". After working with a broker who had not found a carrier to transport my vehicle, I decided against my better judgment, to sign a contract and place an order with Transport Services. I signed their outrageous contract that states Transport Services would take a $250 deposit when the order was placed with them. I signed the contract based on the assurance that my vehicle would be picked up and transported on time. He told me the driver would contact me 24 hrs prior to pick up to get my pick up information. I never heard from a driver and when my vehicle was not picked up on time I attempted to contact Brandon who answered my call and transferred me to customer service as soon as I said my name. Customer service was rude and told me the driver had mechanical difficulty and that he would be contacting me. I never heard from a driver and after my truck was not picked up the following day had to cancel and find a transporter at the last minute. This is a dishonest company who is just after the $250 dollar deposit. I called to try to get my deposit back and was told to call back to speak with someone else who never answered the phone or called back before finally being told that the only refund I would be given was a $250 credit on my next order. As if I would want to do business with this company again. Please believe the bad reviews and find another company, I wish I would have!
