I am unhappy with the quality of product and their customer service. I have written and called them multiple times and after their first initial call back after a couple of days, they have not returned any of my inquiries regarding a tool that I purchased from them that failed after only ~8 uses. I would like to either get the product repaired or get my money back but they evidently do not want to discuss it with me.
