This is the first time I order anything from Tigerdirect and I am very disappointed. I purchased a 52" Sony Bravia TV Black Friday 2009 and the promise ship date was Dec 1 to arrive by Dec 7th. Its Dec 15th today and I still don't have my TV, in fact, I wont get it till Jan5 2010!

I followed up with two phone calls one on Dec 7th and one on Dec 14th. Here is the response I got from TigerDirest customer service:-

1) Dec 7th, We are sorry you did not yet received your order, but the shipment was "supposed" to be made Dec 7th, it is delayed now to Dec 14th.

2) Dec 14th, "Oooh I remember this one" Sony wont be able to ship to us until Jan 5th.

I was charged full amount to my credit card by Dec 1st, and have heard nothing but excuses. I will never again deal with a company that does FALSE ADVERTISING!
