I just wanted to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your fantastic job for our new custom shutters and blinds. They turned out absolutely beautiful.
The reason why we chose your company was the sense of
trust that we built as you explained the process to us.
You told us that if we were not satisfied at any point of
the service, that you would do everything necessary to fix
our concerns.
After the shutters were installed , we noticed that the
frames for the shutters were not the ones we had chosen
during your presentation. We immediately contacted you,
and you worked with the manufacturer to offer us a complete
replacement of the frames for the correct ones, or a
significant discount on the total price of the shutters.
You definitely went the extra mile to ensure our complete
satisfaction , and we want to thank you for that!
