I give this company one star because of my experience as a survey panelist in 2006.
I keep careful records of the surveys I complete, and Testspin did not pay me for seven surveys during 2006, and one in 2007. They owe me a total of $20. (I have records of the survey numbers, and the amount owed for each survey.)
I complained numerous times to the company but received no help. I finally complained to the BBB in January of 2007, and for several months, Testspin argued about my assertations, and maintained that they weren't prepared to pay.
This complaint was unresolved.
Testspin has recently begun to solicit me to do survey s for them again, which prompted me to check this website.
I don't know why the BBB lists 4 complaints with 4 resolutions for Testspin, as my complaint was definitely not resolved...
I am disabled and on a fixed income. $20 is a lot of money to me. If you want to become a reviewer for Testspin, be prepared to lose money because they do not pay, nor do they care to resolve a dispute.
