I called due to a tax issues. After months of stressing out on what to do. As soon as I got of the 1st phone call I felt so much better The staff explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. They worked with me every step of the way and because of James S "My attorney" I was able to settle with the IRS for about 97% of what was owed.
