This review will supersede any reviews. I paid tax lifeboat approximately $2000 dollars to represent me. James Sharmat constantly lost items that i submitted to him. He presented an offer an compromise to the IRS. They responded with an offer that was more than I initially negotiated. Mr. Sharmat continued with the process. I submitted additional information that he lost, which caused me to miss a deadline. Therefore I was denied my Offer in Compromise. I spoke with the manager. She sided with Mr. Sharmat. I have to refile an Offer In Compromise myself. This company is horrible. I requsted my money back. The request was denied. I do not know who is writing these good reviews for Tax lifeboat. I get the impression that they are having someone write the good reviews for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE TAX ISSUES
