I Felt Ignored and Was Given a Cookie Cutter Solution

Throughout the process of Tax Lifeboat assisting me with 3 years of unfiled taxes I felt like I was repeatedly ignored when it came to giving input to my tax situation for one year in particular. I had moved for business reasons and had all the receipts to use for deductions. I mentioned this on at least three occasions to Tax Lifeboat personnel and was told the tax attorney would contact me if they needed any information. I was never contacted and the deduction was never applied.
Since my tax liability was not in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, it seemed like I got a cookie cutter solution without Tax Lifeboat even asking me for information other than standard documents. They got their fees up front and then just pushed me through.
I am disappointed they did not work harder for "ME".
