I had a really bad experience with another tax company that went bankrupt. Tax Lifeboat went right to work when I talked to them, set me up with the easiest way to communicate for me (email) and took care of the forms back and forth. I owed taxes in the 5 figures area and they got it down to almost 3 figures. When we were on a 3-way call with the IRS I was literally telling both of them that I love them. After the IRS hung up, and it was just me and the Tax Lifeboat attorney, I asked him what else I could do for them and he just said to write a review if you want. I hope this gives them many more clients.
