Thank you! Due to my own procrastination I created an IRS mess that I had not resolved over a two year period. I was not sure what to do as I let the situation worsen. I contacted Tax Lifeboat on Tuesday and by Thursday afternoon the issue was resolved (bank levy refunded) and a plan brokered via conference call with the IRS. Whitney and James kept me updated and treated me with respect throughout the process. I slept well last night for the first time in a long time…THANK YOU!
