This vet was okay. They were helpful at first. Yet, after having a family emergency come up I was unable to make 2 appointments and had to reschedule them. One the last time I tired to get in the same day because my puppy needed to get his shots. I was then put on hold for a long period of time and was then told that I would have to prepay for my dog's shot before they would see my puppy again. I told them that I had some family emergency come up and they still would not see me. So I told them I would be going else where. When arriving at a different vet I called and asked them to please fax my puppies shot records over and now it is the end of the day and it is yet to have been faxed to the new vet. I was also told that this vet did not do everything that my puppy need such as a fecal test or a heart worm blood work panel. I would be very careful if you go to this vet. They do not post their reschedule policy and if you do not know what your puppy needs to stay healthy. If you have small children at home some infections can be pasted on to kids and adults and your dog needs routine fecal testing, which they did not do or ask me about.
