I live in Camden NJ, on monday at 10am, my texting stopped working. I notified Tmobile no later then 11am that same day.... More then 20 calls (AND 5 days) later the problem is STILL NOT RESOLVED! I live on a campus & everyone with Tmobile is having the same problem. We are sick of it & Tmobile just keeps telling us nothing is wrong!

In short,
The customer service center (call in) are useless taking you threw technical support "fixes" OVER & OVER again (even when they know there is alot of people with different phones having the SAME problem)

Then after spending hours on the phone "trouble shooting" they then tell you, you have to call back from ANOTHER phone, so they can "fix" the problem... WHICH THEY NEVER DO!

the situation is not only frustrating but ridicules when you consider that I spend almost 100$ a month on services I CAN'T USE! I used to LOVE tmobile, I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 5 YEARS...

Tomorrow, I am going to Cingular to have my phone unlocked & I’m dropping my plan with tmobile! (like 4 of my friends did yesterday)
