My experience as far as customer service with T Motor was good, however, I am not a satisfied customer when it comes to quality. I bought a Honda Accord 2000 in May 2006. Now, two years later after paying far above the value of the automobile due to my credit rating, my vehicle transmittion no longer works and the motor mounts started malfuncioning a year after purchase. I understand that I bought a used car but never did it occur to me that a transmission can collapse after only 2 years if the vendor claim "reliability".
