This company has a good product, but their business practices border on the illegal. They are aggressive on the sales side past the point of dishonesty. When you first buy the product, all is ok, but when you try to renew you are peppered with relentless tricks to get you to click on the wrong button to buy more. The fine print in their renewal "agreement" allows them to keep billing your credit card for renewals in the future, forever. You have to go to their web site, create an account, and turn it off. Oh - and the site doesn't work for firefox. I called on the phone to renew to avoid this. All seemed ok until I got my invoice. The Indian person on the other end used broken English as a weapon to get me to pay for an additional service I didn't want. Trying to get their attention about this is like trying to spit on the moon. A truly terrible company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
