I am extremely thankful for a property management company like Swami International. I just bacame a swami tenant. I tried relocating my family due to financial issues due to the economy, other southbay management companies were not willing to work with me the way swami did. Management companies due not realize how difficult people have it these times. Swami excepted my application, i have good references and good credit. I will be the tenant that other landlords wish they will have. Swami is professional and really care about their tenants and make sure to go over all rules, regulations and lease before becoming a tenant. I recommend swami international for those looking for housing needs. They are very down to earth. Good Luck!
