Terrible customer service.
After 3 unsuccessful calls to get answers to a few technical questions about their cable slide awning system, I finally got someone on the line who told me "I don't have the time to answer your questions, good bye".
Its hard to make the to decision to post something negative about a business (especially these days), but in this case I think folks need to know. I'm a general contractor who deals with sub-contractors and service providers on a daily basis - this was easily the worst customer service interaction I've had to date (and I've had plenty).
