I rented a car from this company and the vehicle was very reliable, however the company cheated me out of $90.00 when I returned the car. I was given 1400 free miles and quoted a price of $52.00 a day over the phone. When I returned the car, the agent said the rate was $52.99. He also said I exceeded the mileage by driving 2000.00. This was an outright fabrication, but when I look at the original mileage on the contract, it was deliberately made to appear unreadable; consequently, I had no choice but to pay it. I contested the $90.00 with my bank and they reversed the charges. When renting a car in Los Angeles, it might be advisable to make arrangements with more reputable rental car agencies.
