This compnay needs to be looked into, they do not mail customers statements and they never have an accurate accounting system, they always are saying that payments are missing, they are scamming the consumers, the BBB should file an investigation with
the state and the local government to have them looked into .
They are steang peoples money ad later on say that payments are not being made.
