worst customer service ever

This company in the past has had a great product that worked. Their instructions worked very well. When I purchased this software for Windows 2013 and Office 365, which I was told would work. It would not activate or come up even when I had to hunt for
what they were asking me to do. When I tried to call them there is no number I had to go to the corporations listing and the phone number is to a Cruise advertisement. I have left 2 messages on their help board but only one reply came back at first. It said
read instructions. The instructions are for word 2003, 2007 and 2010. None of these instructions work for 2013. I still have not heard back from them and it has been 4 days. I have contacted the BBB and want my phone call returned or a full refund. I will
be disputing my credit card charges in the next 3 days.
