Working with Student Loan Specialists was a terrific experience. They got my loans consolidated, enrolled me in the income-based repayment plan, and have begun the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program for me. These are all tedious tasks that I'm sure I would not have been able to do correctly the first time through, as I've seen numerous colleagues try only to have their paperwork rejected. With Student Loan Specialists, I only had to complete a few forms while they guided me through all of the necessary steps, then they handled the rest of it. More importantly, I was never left in the dark about where I was in the process, because they sent me weekly emails/texts to keep me updated.
I would highly recommend Student Loan Specialists to anyone that carries federal loan debt. They are extremely competent, honest, and trustworthy.
