I started my interaction with Straight Forward Moving through Mike. He was the estimator for my job and was extremely thorough. I had to move a 2 bedroom apartment and 10x15 storage into a new house, so this was no small job. However, Mike was extremely professional and offered detailed "not-to-exceed" quote for my job. Everything was scheduled without any hiccup and extremely easy.On the day of the packing and moving, they sent over a team of professionals headed by Alberto. He is very hard-working and thorough and so is his entire team. Everything was packed to perfection and well protected. In addition, the move was smooth without ANY item breaking. In the end due to their thoroughness, the move exceeded their original time, but they still stuck with the "not-to-exceed" quote. Obviously we tipped the movers handsomely. We are extremely pleased with the ease of use and professionalism of Straight Forward Moving. I highly recommend this company for all future moving needs, certainly for myself!
