An absolutely superb experience with Solar Electrical Syatems. We installed our SES solar panels in April 2010. The experience from the start with the visit by Greg Johanson,President, to discuss options and payback could not be improved upon. No pressure selling, just talking and working thru the objectives and options to meet the objectives. The CAD drawings came next, and SES coordinated with our Homeowners Assn to gain architectural approval. Installation was flawless, and the SES team was sensitive to working on the roof all the time keeping us appraised as to what was being accomplished and progress made. After installation (2 days) the SES team met with the City of Thousand Oaks inspector to assure that all city guidelines/ordinances were met. As an FYI, I had 3 visits by solar panel companies (including SES). While pricing was comparable nothing else in terms of outreach, follow-up, and overall service was even close. Payback on system is ahead of what was calculated. I highly recommend SES for solar panel projects.
