Our order from Smith and Noble was incomplete, incorrect, and faulty. The cords to raise and lower the roller shades once installed prevented the shade from moving up or down - which is the whole purpose of having a shade.
I've requested a full refund from Smith and Noble as this has been a completely dissatisfying experience (and I have holes in my walls now where the installer installed the blinds only to find out that they are unusable!). S&N has indicated they aren't willing to refund my order and instead want to remake my shades. This is unacceptable since I need blinds that can raise and lower!!
