If you access the link, "Add'l Company Info" on the bottom right of the BBB website and then click "Additional DBAs", the name Palm Coast Travel comes up. If you do a Google search for "Palm Coast Travel" the first two articles that appear are titled: "Palm Coast Travel fined $2500 and placed on probation" and "Palm Coast Travel sues a customer." There is a link to a consent order from the state of Florida within one of the articles that provides details that may be the reasons for the "NR" rating.
