Stay far away from this company and Brinks. A Brinks salesman sold me a security system that the installation was never done on. After contacting them and their technician, I called Brinks to cancel the service. I was told it was a Skyline Security job and was transferred to them. They said they could see there was missing equipment on the job but had never gotten a complaint from us. I told them that is because we had been dealing with Brinks. I told them they have changed me for months on a system they know is not installed and I wanted to stop charging me. They now want me to pay a cancellation charge to cancel something that never started!!
