AVOID AT ALL COST, WORST BUSINESS. Dishonest, unreliable and unprofessional.

They came to install garage doors at our commercial business. One of the doors they installed broke pretty soon after installation, and two others had no weather stripping installed. They promised they'd be back to install the weather stripping and repair the broken electric door. They turned out to be lies. They've had no intention of coming back to complete the job they have been paid in full for and fix the broken door. We've received promise after promise. They do not care about their customers or have any idea of what customer service is. We have it documented where they stated they could not come because it was raining, and needed to complete all work in one trip and they are not going to make multiple times (great response to a customer), despite the broke door work being inside so weather shouldn't be a factor. We're now at the point that they do not answer our calls. We called again, this time withholding our number and miraculously they answered but as soon as we identified ourselves, they hung up. We are simply asking them to stand behind their word, and their promises. Nothing more, but it seems that once they've been paid that's it. I truly wish I could give them negative stars, and I take no satisfaction in posting this review. I just want my repair completed and tell others to be very wary of this company.
